Public organization "Happy Children" announces the next cycle of classes in the Eco School
The next regular course of classes in the ecoschool "In harmony with nature," which has been so pleased by soul of little Transcarpathians during its carrying out, starts the next Saturday, December 22. This time the project partner was JSC «COMINVESTBANK». The Eco School will operate on a permanent basis due to its support throughout the whole 2019.
The program is rich and provides a number of interesting interactive classes. Children won't only learn new information but perform practical tasks: they will play, prepare projects, take part in quests, watch cartoons too.
The Eco School course is designed for 10 classes that will take place every Saturday. Groups will be formed according to the age of those wishing: 6-7 years, 8-9 years and 10-11 years.
"Eco School is a cycle of environmental classes for children aged 6-11. This is a time that children spend in interesting and informative way studying themselves for saving the nature, treating resources in economic way and, moreover, being human. The environmental disaster extent that has already hit the planet is catastrophic. Our task is teaching our children to save and cherish, and even to correct the previous generations mistakes", said Olena Bulyna, head of Eco School.
What threatens deforestation? What does my city breathe with? Why can't we burn leaves and garbage? Why is it important keeping clean water? What is garbage and why is it threatening the planet? What is a dangerous garbage monster and why is it important sorting the garbage? What is the relationship between human and nature? Where do homeless animals appear in my city streets from? What are the environtment conservation objects? - These aren' t all the issues that should be considered by young amateurs of nature.
"At the end of the year we tend to summarize and plan the future. And the future, as usual as sounds this phrase, is in our children. And so we want them could grow happy, breath fresh air and enjoy the purity of the Carpathians. Therefore, we consider the decision to become a partner for Eco School on the next year to be right, because it is the type of interaction that gives the best results. It is very important to attract children to the process of ecological education and upbringing, for forming them a coastal attitude as to nature," said Mykola Chotiy, Chairman of the Board of JSC "COMINVESTBANK".
Participation for children is free. Registration required. You can do so following an online form for filling out.
Classes will be held every Saturday at 11:00 at the address Shvabska St. 64a, Uzhhorod.
The classes start at December, 22 for the first group. The rest 5 participants groups will be informed about classes starting later.
