Notification to customers about change of account details
Dear customers, please be kindly informed for the following things.
1) starting from August 1, 2019 remote customer service will be carried out EXCLUSIVELY by the INTERNET-BANKING system.
2) starting from August 5, 2019 COMINVESTBANK will open its customers new accounts according to IBAN standard only;
3) changing the current active account number to IBAN account number will be executed automatically;
4) a transition period will act from August, 05 2019 to October, 31 2019 during which payments can be made using both IBAN and the old format: MFO code + account number.
5) Since November 1, 2019 all payments will be made using IBAN only. (Old accounts will be INVALID).
The account in the IBAN format, except for the account number, will contain information about the Сountry Сode and Branch Сode.
Starting from August 05, 2019 .you can find out your IBAN number:
- using " iBank 2 UA " internet banking system
- from your manager at a bank branch
