- Contact the Bank to process the service (the customer must have mobile device with him).

Deleting an account in the "COMINVESTBANK" mobile application.
To delete* the account, you can use one of the options described below:

Option 1
Log in to the "COMINVESTBANK" mobile application, go to the "Settings" - "Account management" section, select the "Delete account" option and perform all the necessary steps step by step. After that, your account will be deleted immediately. -
Option 2
Contact the nearest bank branch and leave a request to delete your account. After that, your account will be deleted within two working days.
* - deleting an account means deleting the authentication data used when working in the mobile application.
